Definitions and Application

1. In these Terms and Conditions ”You” means the organization or individual who is accessing or ordering product on the website; “Products” means the Lecce 28 products which may be ordered on the website.
2. These Terms of Conditions apply to any purchase of any Products by you from this website which are delivered in the United States.

 

Shipping costs and deliveries

1. We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your order, but we cannnot guarantee firm delivery dates or times. Delivery options are set within the check-out process, although such delivery estimate information is indicative only.

 

Orders

1. Lecce 28 reserves the right to refuse any Order. In such case, Lecce 28 will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and refund to you any payment in full.
2. All products ordered are for personal use and gifting only. They must not be resold in any form or any place; Lecce 28 reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorized and unofficial sale of goods.

 

Prices and Payment

1. All prices on the website are in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax. The total cost including any applicable taxes will be displayed during check-out, once you have selected your billing and shipping address. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. The amount payable to Lecce 28 for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:
   1. the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal).
   2. the cost of delivery which will be determined during check-out, and
   3. the sum of any other fees which Lecce 28 levies from time to time and which you have agreed to pay by providing your electronic consent (e.g. subscription fees).
3. You must pay the Order Amount by credit card at the time of submitting the Order. Lecce 28 uses the Stripe payment platform.

 

Warranty

1. Our website and services are provided “as is” without any warranty. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

Liability

1. In no event shall Lecce 28, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or services.
2. Without limiting Lecce 28’s legal rights arising from any failure by you to make a payment in accordance with these Terms of Conditions, Lecce 28 reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to take any of the following actions against you if you fail to make such a payment:
3. Withhold supply and dispose of the Products requested in the Order, and/or
4. Refusal of service or support, and Lecce 28 will not be liable to you for any loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any such action.

 

Product Disclaimer and Community Guidelines

1. This product is not medicinal and therefore will not heal any pre-existing medical condition of the skin. This product has many naturally, naturally-derived ingredients, oils, and well-tested science based ingredients (in some, not all products). By accepting the terms and conditions you have accepted the ingredients in our products. If you have sensitivities towards any of the ingredients, we do not suggest purchasing or use of that particular Lecce28 product (as you will most likely experience the same reactions with our products).
2. If you are currently involved in litigation with another cosmetic or beauty brand pertaining to ingredients, please refrain from purchasing our products. We seek the community involvement of curious souls interested in bettering our products. This is a journey that will entail constant discovery: what is safe and effective today is not always safe and effective tomorrow; and ‘safe and effective’ can vary from person to person.  We know this, and without the support and understanding of the community, the construct of our transformative community can be compromised or destroyed by those seeking to leverage and exploit edge-case information for their financial benefit. This behavior is not permitted.
3. If you identify with this behavior historically or have this intent (the marker will be previous lawsuits launched without damage claims) do not purchase or participate in the Lecce28 community.  We are to grow and create not exploit and destroy.
4. This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This is not intened to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
