Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, products can only be delivered within the United States.
How long does delivery take?

US Standard: 2–6 business days. US Expedited: 1–4 days. US 2-Day Guarantee also available. Our delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary with public holidays, possible courier delivery issues, and other influences (such as severe weather conditions).
What payment methods do you accept?

All of our payments are processed through Stripe. Most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
How can I start a return or request a refund?

Contact [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. We will assist you in the return/refund process for all un-opened, un-used products. Once the product has been returned and received by us the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?

Lecce 28 will provide you with a replacement or a full refund, with the provision of photographic documentation of order damages. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
