At this time, products can only be delivered within the United States.

Our delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary with public holidays, possible courier delivery issues, and other influences (such as severe weather conditions) that are beyond the control of Lecce 28.

All of our payments are processed through Stripe.  Most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.

If you need to start a return or request a refund, please contact us via support@lecce28.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in the return/refund process for all un-opened, un-used products.  Once the product has been returned and received by us the funds will be returned to your original payment method.

If an item has been damaged in transit, Lecce 28 will provide you with a replacement or a full refund, with the provision of photographic documentation of order damages. Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the damaged item.

Please contact us at support@lecce28.com if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.
